Eicher sells 3207 units in Aug 2013

The following are the key highlights for Aug 2013:

Eicher branded trucks and buses have recorded sales of 3207 units in Aug 2013 as compared to 3909 units in Aug 2012, representing a drop of 18%. The YTD 2013 sales stand at 29651 units as compared to LYTD 2012 sales of 33570 units, representing a drop of 11.7%.

• In the domestic CV Market ( 5T and Above), Eicher trucks and buses have recorded sales of 2757 units as compared to 3712 units in Aug 2012, representing a drop of 25.7%. YTD 2013 sales stand at 27952 units as compared to YTD 2012 sales of 31889 units, representing a drop of 12.3%.
• On the Exports front Eicher Trucks and Buses have recorded sales of 450 units in Aug 2013 as compared to 197 units in Aug 2012, representing a growth of 128%. YTD 2013 sales stand at 1699 units as compared to YTD 2012 sales of 1681 units representing a growth of 1.1%
